We will NOT ask you for credit card information via email, instant message, or by any other method of contact which you have provided to us. If you receive an email, instant message, or any type of contact from someone claiming to be an employee or member of Batskins.com, do NOT provide any of your personal information and report it to us immediately.

Personal or account information : We do not need your social security number or any identifying information to open or maintain your account. If you are ever approached by someone claiming to be from Batskins.com who asks for any personal information, do NOT respond and mark their message/email as spam. At Batskins.com we will not ask you for the password to your account via e-mail, instant message, or any other method of contact.

Access of your files :  Batskins.com and any of its affiliates will not access your data files without your permission at any time except during routine backup in which case, your files will not be opened or viewed.
